Paper, 313 leaves (6 blank), 304 x 223 mm. Some large and small painted initials in red. Contemporary binding on wooden boards, spine covered with white tawed leather; remains of thong-clasps, medieval label on upper cover. Vellum documents used as pastedowns

Written in part by Johann de Göttingen (signature on f. 60v)
Owners: bought from Conrad, Johann's brother, by Arnold de Bevoren, priest of Heiligenstadt. From the ancient Benedictine abbey of St. Petersberg, Erfurt (probably no.88 in the catalogue of 1783). Gillyat Sumner, 1857 (his Box D, 3); The Berkshire Athenaeum, Pittsfield, Mass. (their 208C13)
